摘  要:公立医院实施绩效管理是适应医改的需要,是促进医院持续发展的必然要求。指出目前公立医院绩效管理存在管理方法落后,忽视成本核算,绩效管理与预算执行分离,操作方式落后等问题。提出以下建议:高度重视成本核算工作,将绩效管理与核算相联系,重视患者满意度考核,建立联络员工作制度,建立绩效管理信息系统等。The performance management in public hospitals is to adapt to the needs of health care reibrm, which is a neces- sary requirement to promote the sustainable development of hospital. Problems in the performance management in public hospilals were noted, including the outdated management methods, the ignored cost accounting, the separation between performance man- agement and budget execution, the outdated operation, etc. The following recommendations were proposed: paying highly atten- tion to cost accounting, linking performance management with accounting, emphasizing on patient satisfaction assessment, estab- lishing liaisons working system and performance manazement information systems, etc.
