清洁手术预防用抗菌药物的整改与效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析我院清洁手术预防用抗菌药物的整改效果,探讨如何提高抗菌药物合理应用的管理意识。方法回顾性分析整改前A组患者和整改后B组患者预防用抗菌药物使用率、品种选择、给药时机及平均用药时间4个指标的情况。结果 B组患者在预防用抗菌药物各项评价指标上均明显优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论制订相应的管理制度,多部门联合采取强有力的整改措施,有助于规范清洁手术围术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性。Objective To explore how to improve management awareness of rational use of antibiotics by analyzing rectification effect of clean surgical prophylactic antimicrobials in our hospital.Methods Utilization of species selection, timing of administration,the average number of drugs for the prevention,treatment days in A group patients （before correction）and B group patients（after rectification）were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patients in group B were obviously antibacterial drug use evaluation indicators better than the A group in the prevention,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Develop appropriate management systems and corrective measures token by multi-sectoral can help regulate use reasonable of prophylactic antimicrobials in clean perioperative.
