正清风痛宁联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨正清风痛宁联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法收集我科收治的RA 132例患者资料,将患者均分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者口服甲氨蝶呤联合叶酸片,研究组患者在此基础上口服正清风痛宁,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者总有效率为89.4%,明显高于对照组的68.2%(P<0.05);且治疗后各指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正清风痛宁联合甲氨蝶呤治疗RA疗效明显,可有效缓解患者的临床症状及体征,改善实验室指标。Objective To investigate the Zhengqingfengtongning combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）clinical curative effect.Methods In 132 RA patients in our department were selected,the patients were divided into study group and control group,patients in the control group oral methotrexate combined with Folic Acid Tablets,in patients of the study group on the basis of oral Zhengqingfengtongning,compared two groups of patients with treatment effect.Results Research group of patients,the total effective rate was 89.4%,significantly higher than 68.2% in the control group（P〈0.05）;and after the treatment group significantly better than the control indexes, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;adverse reactions of two groups,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sinomenine combined with methotrexate in treatment of RA curative effect,caneffectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the laboratoryindexes.
