腰骨痹痛汤治疗寒湿瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨腰骨痹痛汤治疗寒湿瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的66例寒湿瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组患者给予西医常规保守疗法,观察组患者给予腰骨痹痛汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果和疼痛评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腰骨痹痛汤治疗寒湿瘀血型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,能有效减轻患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lumbar heumatism soup auxiliary treatment of cold dampness blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation.Methods In our hospital treated 66 cases of cold dampness and blood stasis syndrome in patients with lumbar disc herniation,it randomly divided into two groups, patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine conservative treatment,the patients in observation group were given the Decoction in the treatment of lumbar heumatism.Comparison of two groups of patients the effect of treatment and the pain score.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment,and the pain score lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Waist heumatism Decoction in the treatment of cold dampness blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation curative effect,can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients.
