血府逐瘀胶囊联合照射窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀胶囊联合照射窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将67例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予一般治疗,治疗组患者除一般治疗外,另给予血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,同时照射NB-UVB;对照组患者加用NB-UVB进行治疗。两组患者均治疗4周。结果治疗组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效确切。Objective To investigate the Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule Combined with narrowband ultraviolet irradiation （NB-UVB）on the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given general treatment,the patients in the treatment group besides general treatments,the other given Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of,and irradiation of NB-UVB;the control group patients were treated with NB-UVB plus.Group two patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results The treatment group patients pain visual analogue scale（VAS）score was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the patients in the treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu capsule combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of PHN has obvious therapeutic efficacy.
