摘　　要：本文阐述了海尔在网络化战略下,为了使战略损益表有效落地,颠覆式的创建了管理工具即二维点阵。它上接战略损益表,下连对赌承诺,是全流程闭环的单与绩效管理工具。文章解析了二维点阵区别于传统绩效管理工具的四个创新点,具有较强的实操性,以期对别的企业有所借鉴意义。The article expounds that under the networking strategy, to effectively implement the strategic income statement, Haier created the overturning management tool, 2D dot matrix. As a connecting link between the strategic income statement and the valuation adjustment commitment, the 2D dot matrix is an end-to-end closed- loop tool for goal and performance management. The article analyzes the 4 innovative points of the practical tool compared to traditional ones, and is expected to be used as a reference for other enterprises.
