摘 要:我国城市治理面临着治理理念滞后、治理体制局限、依法治理能力不足、市民参与欠缺、治理方式粗陋、大都市协同治理机制缺失等困境,亟需完善城市治理立法体系,健全城市管理执法体制,压缩城市管理层级,建立健全部门协调联动机制,促进居民有序参与,提高城市治理的精细化和信息化水平,完善城市群协同治理机制。After the reform and opening-up, the issues of urban governance in China have become more prominent with the unprecedented rapid urbanization. In reality, the urban governance in China is facing many dilemmas, such as the lag of urban governance philosophy, the institutional constraints of urban governance, the lack of law-based governance capacity, the lack of public participation, the crude way of governance, and the lack of metropolitan collaborative mechanism. Therefore, In the process of urhan governance, it is needful to improve urban governance legislative system, to improve the law enforcement system of urban management, to compress city management level, to establish and improve the multidepartment coordination linkage mechanism, to promote the orderly participation of residents, to improve the urban governance level of refinement and informationization, and to improve the collaborative govenmnce mechanisms of urban agglomerations.
