摘  要:目的探讨延续护理干预模式对极低及超低出生体重早产儿生长发育的影响。方法采用临床随机对照研究,选取2012年11月至2013年04月就诊于福建省妇幼保健院儿童保健科的极低及超低出生体重早产儿100例,按照区组随机分组方法分为实验组和对照组,共89例早产儿完成研究。对照组接受常规门诊护理,实验组采用院外延续性护理干预模式。于早产儿2月龄、4月龄、6月龄、8月龄、10月龄和12月龄收集两组早产儿神经心理发育检查得分、体格发育状况及再入院率。结果重复测量方差分析显示,实验组早产儿总发育商及各能区发育商均高于对照组(P<0.001);身高、体重均稍高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组早产儿的再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院外延续护理干预可促进早产儿的智能发育,降低了再入院率。Objective To evaluate the effect of transitional care on the growth and development in very low and extremely low birth weight premature infants. Methods Using randomized controlled trail design,one hundred very low and extremely low birth weight premature infants were divided into two groups. Totally 89 cases completed the trial. Both groups were given routine outpatient care. In addition,the experimental group received transitional care. Infants' behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) score,body height,body weight,head circumference and readmis- sion rate were collected at the 2nd,4th,6th,8th,10th and 12th month. Results The results of repeated-measures analysis of variance indicated that the infants' total score and each factor score of NBNA,body height and body weight in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.001 or P〈0.05). The readmission rate in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Transitional care can promote premature infants' intellectual development and reduce the readmission rate.
