摘  要:[目的]采用乙醇匀浆法优选牡丹种皮中芍药苷和丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验基础上采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、匀浆时间、提取次数对芍药苷和丹皮酚提取得率的影响,以确定最佳提取工艺参数条件。[结果]最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶20、匀浆时间4 min、提取1次。[结论]采用乙醇匀浆正交试验法优化的提取工艺可以有效提高牡丹种皮中芍药苷和丹皮酚得率。[ Objective ] This article was aimed to study the optimum ethanol homogenization extraction process of paeoniflorin and paconol from peony episperm. [ Method] On the basis of the single factor test,in order to obtain the optimal technology conditions of extraction rate of paeoni- florin and paeonol, L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design was done and analyzed on ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, homogenizing time and extraction time. [ Result ] The test showed the optional extraction technology conditions were as follows : ethanol concentration was 60%, solid- liquid ratio was 1 : 20 ,homogenizing time was 4 rain and extracted 1 times. [ Conclusion] The optimal extractive process by orthogonal test can improve efficiently paeoniflorin and paeonol from peony episperm.
