摘  要:[目的]优化超声-微波协同提取乌药叶中总黄酮的工艺。[方法]探讨乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间对总黄酮提取率的影响。采用L9(34)正交设计,以黄酮提取率为指标,对工艺参数进行优化。[结果]乌药叶中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶40、提取温度45℃、提取时间7 min,总黄酮提取率达3.03%。[结论]该研究为乌药叶资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。[ Objective ] The process for ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Lindera aggregata leaves was developed. [ Method] The concentration of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid, irradiation time and microwave temperature were selected as chief factors and orthogonal tests were studied to find the optimal extracting conditions. [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 70% ethanol ( V/V), 1 : 40 of solid to liquid, temperature at 45 ℃, extracting 7 rain, the content of total flavonoids was 3.03%. [ Conclusion ] The study pro- vides scientific reference for further development and utilization of Lindera aggregata leaves.
