摘　　要：运用符号学原理,并以序列概念以及人的生活行为习惯,有效分析厨房各操作阶段活动线路,抓住厨房各操作活动间的内在联系,以进一步探索厨房设计中符号的表达,旨在为厨房设计提供新的理论依据和方法。By using principle of symbolization and concept of of sequence, combined with people＇ s living habits, each operation phase of the campaign line kitchen was effectively analyzed, the intrinsic link among the various operational activities were obtained in order to further ex- plore the symbolic expression of kitchen design, so as to provide the new theoretical basis and method for kitchen design.
