摘　　要：介绍了下吸式固定床生物质气化炉的气化原理,并结合其出现的问题和现有技术条件,设计了一种适合中小规模乡镇一级的新型下吸式气化炉。该气化炉结构简单,便于操作,运行稳定,产气量大。同时采用空气-水蒸气为气化剂,并加装余热回收装置产生蒸汽和可升降破穿孔装置,明显提高气化气品质,有利于秸秆气化技术的推广。The gasification principle of downdraft fixed-bed biomass gasifier was introduced, combined with the existing problems and current technical eonditions, a new type downdraft gasifier which suitable for small and medium size or township level was designed. The gasification gasifier structure is simple, convenient operation, running stability, large gas production. At the same time using air-water vapor as gasifica- tion agent, and installation of waste heat recovery device to generate steam and the lifting break perforation device, significantly improve the quality of gasification gas, it is conducive to the promotion of straw gasification technology.
