摘 要:[目的]对市售肉桂及其常见混淆品进行鉴别,保证临床用药安全有效,为肉桂药材及其中药制剂质量控制提供参考。[方法]采集肉桂药材(国产肉桂和大叶清化桂)及其混淆品柴桂和天竺桂,采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定及理化鉴定方法对其进行鉴别。[结果]国产肉桂与大叶清化桂相比,二者性状特征差别大,主要表现在内外表面颜色、皮孔形状、斑纹、断面砂线纹、口感等方面,从性状特征基本可以将二者鉴别开;肉桂与天竺桂、柴桂相比,性状特征不同,但显微特征和理化特征的差别更为显著,肉桂所含草酸钙结晶为针晶,天竺桂为方晶和砂晶,柴桂为方晶,桂皮醛理化反应中,肉桂和天竺桂有桂皮醛苯腙的杆状结晶,而柴桂在此反应中无结晶。[结论]性状鉴定、显微鉴定及理化鉴定三者相结合可准确鉴别、区分肉桂及其混淆品,为肉桂的鉴别提供理论依据。[ Objective ] To identify commercial cinnamon and its adulterants ,ensure safe and effective clinical treatment; provide a reference for the cinnamon and its preparation quality control. [ Method] Acquisition of cinnamon (homemade cinnamon and Cinnamomum cassia Presl. var. macrophyllum Chu) and its adulterants Cinnamomum tamala( Ham. )Nees et Eberm. and Cinnamomum japonicum Sieb. , to identify them by character identification,microscopic identification,and physical and chemical identification methods. [ Result] Compared with domestic cinnamon and cinnamomum cassiavar, macrophyllum Chu two characters, and there is a big difference, mainly in the internal and external surface color, shape of lenticels, markings, sand line of section,taste etc. , from the basic features of the two traits can be identified. Cinnamon has different char- acteristics compared with Cinnamomum tamala and Cinnamomum japonicum, but different microscopic characteristics and physicochemical charac- teristics of them more obvious. Cinnamon contain calcium oxalate crystals for the needle crystal, Cinnamomum japonicum is square crystal and crystal sand, Cinnamomum tamala is square crystal. In the Cinnarnaldehyde physicochemical reaction, Cinnamon and Cinnamomum japonicum has a rod-shaped the crystallization of cinnamaldehyde phenylhydrazone ,without crystallization for Cinnamomum tamala in this reaction. [ Conclusion ] The combination of the morphological identification,microscopic identification and physicochemical identification can correctly identify Cinnamon and its adulterants, provide the theory basis for the identification of Cinnamon.
