摘 要:鉴于城市化的飞速发展、极端降雨事件的频繁发生,以及城市地区现状排水设计标准偏低,从而导致城市地区暴雨内涝现象频发,借助ArcGIS数据处理工具,基于SWMM模型,对拟建的开封市运粮河组团项目区的雨水管网系统进行概化,模拟了多种情景下城区规划雨水管网系统运行状况,分析了不同雨型和重现期暴雨情景及不同城市化水平下的暴雨内涝情况,并采取低影响开发(LID)设施对研究区的雨洪控制效果进行模拟与评估。结果表明,SWMM模型可以对规划方案进行初步校核,在规划区具有良好的适用性;低影响开发措施的合理应用可有效控制城市洪水,从而在一定程度上提高城市抵抗大暴雨的能力。In view of the rapid development of urbanization, the frequent occurrence of extreme rainfall events, as well as the low status of urban drainage design standards, resulting in frequent waterlogging in the urban areas, the pro- posed Yunliang River Group project in Kaifeng City is generalized by the ArcGIS. SWMM is used to simulate the opera- tion conditions of planning urban drainage system under the several scenarios. And then the effect of the planning urban drainage system under the different return period rainfall, different rainfall patterns and different level urbanization is ana- lyzed. Finally, low impact development ( LID ) facilities for the control of urban flood in the study area are simulated and evaluated. The results show that the SWMM can be used to have a preliminary check and have the good applicability to planning urban drainage system; the reasonable application of low impact development measures can control the urban flood effectively, which improves the urban ability to resist large rainstorm to a certain extent.
