摘　　要：为了给城市高压配电网接线方式的最优规划改造方案选取提供科学依据,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)的综合评估体系,给出了经济性、可靠性、安全性和适应性的定量计算方法,并针对不同指标的技术特点合理构造模糊隶属度函数,实现不同量纲指标的规范化;基于规范化评估指标与最优评价值方案的灰色关联性分析,建立权重取值的优化模型,以准确反映各指标的重要程度,保证综合评估结果的科学合理性。实际规划案例证实了该方法合理、有效。In order to provide a scientific decision-making basis of the optimal connection mode plan for high voltage distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation system was established based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The quantitative calculation methods were proposed for indexes in economy, reliability, security and adaptation. And then the fuzzy membership functions for different indexes were proposed rationally based on their features, by which realized indexes in the standardized same dimension. The optimization model of weight values was established to reflect the im- portance of different indexes accurately, which ensured the scientificity and rationality of the comprehensive evaluation re- sult. An actual planning case confirmed the rationality and validity of the proposed method.
