摘 要:针对低温低浊期引黄水库水,在某常规工艺水厂满负荷运行条件下,开展了聚合氯化铝铁、聚合氯化铝铁-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物复合混凝剂、二氧化氯和高锰酸钾复合药剂等4种药剂单独或组合使用的生产性实验,对比分析了4种工况的处理效果及运行成本。结果表明,高锰酸钾复合药剂和聚合氯化铝铁-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物复合混凝剂联合使用较适于低温低浊期的该类水厂工艺运行,出厂水浊度、耗氧量、三卤甲烷总量和可吸附有机卤化物较单独使用聚合氯化铝铁常规混凝剂时分别降低了76.8%、14.2%、60.8%和19.4%,增加药剂费用为0.024元/m3,技术经济合理。The full-scale tests of four conditions for one conventional process water plant were studied by individually or combined using polymeric aluminum ferric chloride, polymeric aluminum ferric chloride/poly-dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride, chlorine dioxide and composite potassium permanganate, whose source water was from Yinhuang reservoir during the period of low temperature and low turbidity. With the processing effect and operation cost of the four conditions analyzed, the results showed that the condition of combined using composite potassium permanganate and polymeric aluminum ferric chloride/poly-dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride was much better for this type of water plant than others during the period of low temperature and low turbidity. Compared with individually using polymeric aluminum ferric chloride, the turbidity, oxygen consuming content, trthalomethanes and absorbable organic halogens of its finished water reduced 76.8%, 14.2%, 60.8% and 19.4%, respectively. Its operation cost increased by 0.024 yuan per cubic meter, and the technology was economical and reasonable.
