摘  要:以康平县某污水处理厂为例,介绍了该水厂采用悬链式曝气活性污泥法+活性砂滤工艺处理城镇污水的工艺流程、设计参数、运行效果、工程投资和处理成本。该污水厂近期设计规模2.0×104 m3/d,远期设计规模4.0×104m3/d。进水COD、BOD5为320、180 mg/L,SS、TP、NH3-N质量浓度分别为180、4、30 mg/L。经工艺处理后,COD、BOD5、SS、TP和NH3-N的最佳去除率分别为90.76%、95.01%、95.01%、90.30%及85.01%。出水达到GB 18918-2002一级A标准。工程总投资6 500.28万元,处理成本为0.488元/m3,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。A sewage treatment plant in Kangping County was taken as an example. A project ofactivated sludge process with floating aeration chains and active sand filters was selected in this plant and its flow diagram, design parameters, operating results, project investment and processing costs were introduced. The recent design scale of the sewage treatment plant was 20 000 m^3/d and the forward design scale was 40 000 m^3/d. The design influent was as following: COD was 320 mg/L, BOD5 was 180 mg/L, SS was 180 mg/L, TP was 4 mg/L and NH3-N was 30 mg/L. After the process, the best removal rates of COD, BODs, SS, TP and NH3-N were 90.76%, 95.01%, 95.01%, 90.30% and 85.01%, respectively. The effluent reached the standard A ofGB 18918-2002. The total investment was 65 million yuan and the processing cost was 0.488 yuan/m^3. As a result, the project has good economic and environmental benefits.
