摘 要:为解决开滦集团崔家寨矿部分采掘工作面供水压力低,导致防尘设施达不到预期防尘效果的问题,通过对实际矿井防尘供水管网进行合理简化处理,利用EPANET管网模型对防尘管网系统进行了水力分析,针对现有管网设计存在的问题,提出了改造设计方案,并对方案解决问题的有效性进行了验证。The water supply pressure of some mining work faces in Cuijiazhai mine, Kailuan Group, is below the basic requirements. The ef- fect of dust removal by dustproof facilities in these work faces is not acceptable. To improve the effect of dust removal, the EPANET network model was used to do hydraulic calculation, the disadvantages of present water supply network were specified. The water supply network in Cuijiazhai mine was simplified firstly for network analysis by EPANET software. A renovation design of the water supply network is given. The effectiveness of the renovation is verified by EPANET hydraulic analysis.
