摘  要:通过顺逆铣、新刀或磨损刀一次铣削和二次铣削实验,研究了钛合金Ti-1023(Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al)加工硬化和加工硬化层深度。研究结果表明:用硬质合金刀片铣削钛合金Ti-1023,顺铣比逆铣加工硬化和加工硬化层深度小,新刀比磨损刀加工硬化小,新刀加工硬化层深度小于25μm,刀具磨损量VB=0.3 mm时,磨损刀加工硬化层深度最高可达81μm,其二次铣削将导致已加工表面软化。Experiments on the titanium alloy Ti-1023 (Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al) work hardening and work hardening layer depth was studied by down or up milling, first milling or quadratic milling in a new tool or the wear tool. The results show that titanium alloy Ti-1023 is milled in carbide cutting tools, down milling in work hardening and work hardening layer depth is smaller than up milling, new tool in work hardening is smaller than wear tool, the work hardening layer depth is less than 25 μm in new tool ; the work hardening layer depth is up to 81 μm and quadratic milling causes the machined surface softening in case of tool flank wear VB = 0. 3 mm.
