摘  要:目前常用的压痕卸载曲线分析方法中,对于幂律指数的物理意义尚不清晰。基于平面半无限空间弹性压入问题的Sneedon解,考虑到塑性变形区和其周围的弹性基体之间的残余应力,提出了一种新的模型来表征Berkovich压针弹塑性卸载过程。分别采用抛物体形压针和圆锥形压针来近似Berkovich压针弹塑性卸载曲线,实验研究表明:采用抛物体形压针能够较好地表征压痕的载过程,同时验证了新模型的合理性。Unloading curve analysis is a popular method in nan-indentation testing process,while the physical signification of the power-law exponent is obscure. Based on the Sneedon' s solution to elastic indentation of plane half infinite space, a new model was presented to characterize the plastic unloading behavior of Berkovich tip. The residual stress among elastic-plastic stain regions was taken into accounted. The plastic unloading behavior of Berkovich tip Was characterized approximately using parabolic tip and conical tip. Experimental results indicated that parabolic tip can characterize the plastic unloading behavior more accurate and the rationality of the new model was validated.
