摘 要:随着汽车发动机机械负荷和热负荷水平的不断提升,不仅对材料性能提出更高要求,同时对设计技术水平提出更高挑战。通过对几种采用强化措施的集成方案进行仿真对比,得到一种相对最优的骨架式气缸盖方案。该方案将螺栓柱、顶板加强筋和火力面作为相互关联的主承力结构。经热疲劳与机械疲劳可靠性试验验证,证实该种承受20 MPa最大爆发压力的铝质气缸盖结构设计是合理的。With the increase of thermal and mechanical load of engine, the higher standards were required for materials, and the more serious chaUenges had been taken for the design technology. Based on simulation results of several cylinder heads, which had been strengthened, a relatively optimal frame cylinder head was obtained. The load carrying structures, which were interdependent, were included by bolt holes, the fuel injector holes, stiffeners of the top ceiling and the fire face. The results of reliability tests about mechanical fatigue and thermal fatigue revealed the structure of the Al- alloyed cylinder head under peak pressure (20 MPa) was reasonable.
