摘 要:根据接触器试验过程和负荷应力条件划分了试验控制模式,提高了控制软件设计效率,扩大试验装置覆盖的试验内容和范围;采用交替试验控制技术和多任务试验控制技术实现多试品和不同电流的试验,提高了试验效率、缩短试验总时间;通过实时监控试品触头上电压、电流动态变化过程,实现故障的准确快速判断,保障试验控制过程的可靠性和试验设备的安全性。实际应用结果表明,显著提高了试验准确率、缩短了试验时间。The test control mode is divided according to the testing process and load stress conditions, the efficiency of the control software is improved and both the content and scope of the test device coverage are expanded. Moreover, in order to achieve multi-sample tests and tests under different currents, improve the test efficiency as well as reduce the total time of the test, this paper uses alternate test control technology and multi-task trials control technology. Through real time monitoring the dynamic changes of the vohage and current, the rapid and accurate diagnosis of test failures is achieved, and guaranteeing the reliability of the control process of the test and the security of the test equipment. The practice results shows that the accuracy of the test is improved and test the time is shortened.
