摘 要:为满足非隔离光伏并网发电系统对共模电流的要求,提出一种四开关+二极管逆变器拓扑结构。详细分析该拓扑的工作原理,研究了该光伏并网逆变系统的整体控制策略。搭建了3 k W单相光伏并网逆变器的试验平台,对理论分析进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,所设计的光伏并网逆变器不但具有低共模电流,而且具有较高的入网波形质量。In order to meet demands for common-mode leakage currents in transformedess grid-connected photovohaic (PV) generation systems, a four-switch added with two-diode full bridge inverter was proposed. The principle of the inverter topology was analyzed, and the control strategy of the grid-connected photovoltaic generation systems was studied. Finally, the experimental platform of single-phase grid-connected inverter rated at power 3 kW was set up, and the experiments were carried out to verify the theoretical analysis. The experimental results indicate that this grid-connected photovoltaic inverter has low common-mode leakage current and high quality grid-connected wave forms.
