摘  要:在小试已获得最佳工艺条件的基础上,通过微波推板窑设备,进行微波碳热还原钛铁矿的扩大实验.钛铁矿、复合还原剂、添加剂混合物料依次经过微波推板窑的预热段、加热段、保温段,到达冷却段时,完成还原反应.实验结果表明:碳热还原温度1150℃,还原时间80 min,腔体内微负压条件下,FeTiO3中的氧化铁90%被还原成Fe,TiO2含量提高至60%~65%,TiO2、FeO、C、S、P含量都符合制备焊条药皮原料标准,微波推板窑的利用系数为25.8φ t/(m3·d),采用复合还原剂还原每吨钛铁矿成本可降低184~490元,并且微波推板窑可以实现连续生产.Under optimum process conditions obtained from small scale test, the pilot research on microwave carbothermic reduction of ilmenite was conducted in the microwave slab kiln. The mixed material composed of ilme- nite, compound reducing agents and additive passed through the preheating zone, heating zone and heat insulation zone of the microwave slab kiln in turn. When it arrived in cooling zone, the reduction reaction had finished. The experi- mental results showed that under these conditions of reduction reaction temperature of 1150 ℃, roast time of 80 rain and the negative pressure, about 90% of the iron oxide in FeTiO3 was reduced to Fe and the content of TiO2 was raised to 60%-65%. TiO2 ,FeO,C,S and P all met the standard of welding rod. The milization factor of slab kiln was 25.8φ t/(m3·d). Reducing per ton of ilmenite, the compound reducing agents can be reduced by 184 to 490 yuara The microwave slab kiln could achieve continuous production.
