摘 要:对钛铁矿在微波场中预氧化和碳还原气氛下的化学反应进行了研究。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析手段,对钛铁矿微波氧化-还原后产物的物相、形貌、组成进行表征分析,并对微波还原后的钛铁矿物料进行了硫酸溶液(质量分数为20%)浸出行为研究。实验结果表明:钛铁矿在微波场(700W,2.45GHz)中氧化反应8min会生成Fe2TiO5、Fe2O3及TiO2相,在随后的微波碳热还原过程中,钛铁矿中的铁离子由"非热点"处迁移到"热点"处,被还原成金属铁而聚集成球形富铁相,附着于矿物表面。经微波处理的物料在20%(质量分数)硫酸、40℃条件下酸解30min,铁的浸出率有了显著提高,可达到75%以上。The chemical reaction of ilmenite under the atmosphere of pre-oxidization and carbon reduction in the microwave field was studied.The phase,morphology and composition of the oxidization-reduction products were characterized by XRD, SEM, and EDS.The selective iron leaching behavior of reduced ilmenite was studied with dilute sulfuric acid (mass fraction of 20% ).Results showed that ilmenite oxidization for 8 min in microwave field (700 W, 2.45 GHz) generated Fe2TiO5, Fe203, and TiO2 phases. After carbon-reduction treatment,the iron ions of ilmenite diffused from non-hotspot position to hotspot position and reduced to metal Fe.The metal Fe migrated together and attached to the surface of ilmenite.The microwave treatment significantly accelerated the rate of iron leaching above to 75% after leaching for 30 min in 20%(mass fraction) sulfuric acid at 40℃.
