摘 要:以高铁型煤矸石酸浸液为原料,制备了高效无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS),并通过单因素实验研究了制备体系反应条件对聚合硫酸铝铁去浊率的影响。制备聚合硫酸铝铁优化工艺条件:铁离子与铝离子总浓度为0.5mol/L、铁离子与铝离子物质的量比为0.25、体系pH为0.8、80℃聚合8h、室温熟化24h。采用X射线衍射(XRD)及红外光谱(IR)对优化条件下制备的聚合硫酸铝铁进行了表征,表明产物为铁聚合较完全而铝部分聚合的聚合硫酸铝铁。The high efficient inorganic polymer flocculants polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate (PAFS) was prepared from the acid leaching solution of high iron content coal gangue,and the effects of the reaction conditions on the turbidity removal ratios of PAFS were investigated through the single factor experiments.Results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were:the total concentration of reaction system c ( Fe3++A13+ ) -0.5 mol/L, n ( Fe3+ ) :n ( Al3+ )-0.25, pH=0.8, the polymerization temperature was 80 ℃,the polymerization time was 8 h,and curing time in room temperature atmosphere was 24 h.Finally,the product which prepared under the optimum conditions was characterized by X ray diffraetometer (XRD) and infrared spectrometer (IR).Resuhs showed the product was PAFS,whereas iron was completely polymerized and aluminum was partially polymerized.
