摘  要:为准确、快速测定工业亚氯酸钠中溴离子、硝酸根和硫酸根3种杂质离子,建立了离子色谱同时快速测定3种杂质离子的方法。采用ICS-1500型离子色谱仪,选取IonPacAS12A型阴离子色谱分析柱、碳酸盐淋洗液系统——2.7mmol/L碳酸钠+0.3mmol/L碳酸氢钠、电导检测器检测。研究了流动相浓度比、流速、进样量对分离效果的影响。通过对色谱条件进行优化,实现了3种杂质离子的基线分离与同时测定。方法准确、快速,极大缩短了分析时间,与HG/T3250—2010《工业亚氯酸钠》方法相比具有显著优势。An accurate and rapid determination method of bromide, nitrate and sulfate three ions in industrial sodium chlorite was established by ion chromatography.The ion chromatograph of ICS-1500 which including IonPac AS12A column ,carbon- ate eluent system-sodium carbonate (2.7 mmol/L)+sodium bicarbonate(0.3 mmol/L),and the conductivity detector was adopted.The influences of concentration ratio of mobile phase, velocity of flow, and sample injected on the separation effect were also investigated.The chromatographic conditions were optimized and the simultaneous determination and baseline sep- aration of impurity ions were realized.It is accurate and rapid for this method ,which could greatly shorten the time of analy- sis, thereby it has significant advantages compared with the standard method of HG/T 3250-2010.
