摘　　要：目的探讨不育男性精子DNA损伤与年龄和精液参数的相关性。方法收集171例不育男性的精液标本,用精子染色质扩散实验(sperm chromatin dispersion,SCD)测定DNA碎片率(DNA fragmentation index,DFI),同时行常规精液分析;据DFI值将患者分为DFI<15%、15%≤DFI<30%和DFI≥30%组,比较组间年龄和各项精液参数,并进行相关性分析。结果各组间年龄、精子浓度、前向运动精子、正常形态率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DFI与年龄、精子浓度、前向运动精子、正常形态率成负相关(P<0.05)。结论精子DNA损伤随男性年龄增加而增加,与精液常规参数具有相关性,是评价男性生育力的一个较好指标。Objective To study the correlation of sperm DNA damage with age and sperm parameters in infertile males. Methods Semen samples of 171 male patients were collected and DNA fragmentation examination and routine semen analysis were performed . According to DFI, the patients were divided into DFI 〈 15% , 15% ≤DFI 〈30% and DFI≥30% groups. The age and semen parameters were compared among groups, and the correlation between DFI and semen parameters were analyzed. Results There were significant differences among the three groups in age, sperm concentration, progressive motility（ a ＋ b） and morphology（P 〈0.05 ）. DFI negatively correlated with age , sperm concentration, progressive motility（ a ＋ b） and morphology （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion DFI scores are increased with male＇ s age, and it associated with semen parameters. Sperm DFI might be an important index for assessment of male fertility.
