摘 要:目的了解干部人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况,为该类人群疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法收集2013年在华西医院健康体检的1348例干部人群资料,按2005年国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)的MS诊断标准进行诊断,分析MS及代谢指标异常患病情况。结果 MS检出率总体为26.19%,其中男27.06%,女20.23%,男性与女性比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。MS检出率高峰在50~60岁年龄段,为35.91%。MS单项组分异常检出率从高至低依次为高血糖44.70%、高血压40.87%、中心性肥胖39.91%、高三酯甘油血症33.82%、低HDL-C血症14.98%。5项组合31例,占2.23%,4项组合119例,占8.83%,3项组合202例,占14.98%,以中心性肥胖、高血压、高血糖最多,占6.0%。经Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、BMI、TG、血压、空腹血糖是MS的危险因素(P〈0.05),HDL-C是MS的保护性因素(P〈0.05)。结论干部人群代谢综合征患病率高于普通人群,应制定有效的干预措施,积极控制各种危险因素,降低心脑血管疾病和糖尿病患病率。Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of Metabolic Syndrome (MS)in cadre members, and provide sci- entific evidence for prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods The physical examination data of 1348 the cadre mem- bers were collected who took the health examination in West China Hospital in 2013. The patients were diagnosed based on the di- agnostic criteria of International Diabetes Federation(IDF) in 2005. The general prevalence rate of MS and metabolic abnormalities were analyzed. Resultes The detection rate of MS was 26. 19% in total ,27. 06% in the males ,20. 23% in the females. There was no difference between the males and the females(P 〉 0. 05 ). The highest detection rate of MS was in the age group of 50-60 years old ( 35.91% ). The single metabolic disorder tests in ascending order were hyperglycaemia (44.70%), hypertension (40. 8% ), central obesity( 39. 91% ), high hyper triglyceridemia ( 33.82% ), low high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( 14.98% ). There are 31 people of five abnormal components (2. 23 % ), There are 119 people of four abnormal components (8. 83 % ), There are 202 people of three abnormal components( 14. 98% ), the most common combination of three components of prevalence of MS were hyperglycaemia,hypertention,central obesity( 6. 0% ). The unconditional logistic regression analysis rerealed that age, BMI, triglyceride , fasting glycaemia level and blood pressure are major risk factors of MS and blood HDL-C level is a protective factors of MS. Conclusion the Prevalence rate of MS in cadre members was higher than that of other members, Effeetive measunes of prevence and controlling of all risk factors of MS should be made in order to reduce the prevalence rate of cardiovascular and cere- brovascular disease and diabetes.
