面部基底细胞癌手术切除及创面修复方式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨面部基底细胞癌手术切除后创面皮瓣或植皮修复的疗效。方法 2009年7月至2014年9月92例面部基底细胞癌患者,应用局部皮瓣或植皮的方法进行修复,术中做冰冻切片决定手术切缘,其中皮瓣修复创面81例,皮片移植修复11例。结果所有病例均一期修复,皮瓣及移植皮片存活良好,术后随访6~36个月,颜面部外观满意。结论面部基底细胞癌切除术后,采用术中冰冻切片快速病理验证的方式可以保证肿瘤的完全切除,应用局部皮瓣修复术后缺损,简便、高效,效果满意,对于切除面积较大病例,选用皮片移植方法修复创面,方法简便,皮片存活容易。Objective To investigate effects of local flap or skin graft for the repair of facial basal cell carcinoma resec- tion. Methods Between July 2009 and Sept 2014, After intraoperative active rapid pathologic examination,92 patients with de- feet after facial basal cell carcinoma resection were repaired by local local flap （81 cases） or skin graft （ 11 cases）. Results All cases exhibited excellent appearance and healed by firstintention without any hematoma, postoperative infection, or flap （sink graft） necrosis. All patients were followed up6 months-36months. Conclusion Intraoperative active rapid pathologic examination guarantee complete excision in the resection of facial basal cell carcinoma, It is an ideal method torepaire the defect by local local flap or skin graf.
