摘 要:为了提高次氯酸钠的膜清洗效果,考察了几种表面活性剂、渗透剂和络合剂对次氯酸钠膜清洗效果的影响,并根据清洗效果和清洗剂成本优选膜清洗助剂。结果表明,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对次氯酸钠的清洗效果没有明显影响,而表面活性剂雷米邦A和渗透剂JFC对次氯酸钠的膜清洗效果有一定改善,但清洗剂成本较高。渗透剂AEP和络合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA二钠)不仅能提高次氯酸钠的膜清洗效果,而且药剂成本较低,适合作为膜清洗助剂。在相同的次氯酸钠浓度和体积下,投加150 mg/L AEP或100 mg/L EDTA二钠时,膜清洗效率分别提高了20%和19%,清洗剂成本仅分别增加0.10和0.13元/m2。Several surfactants, penetrants and complexants were investigated for improving the membrane cleaning effect of sodium hypochlorite (NaC10) solution. Auxiliary agents for membrane cleaning were chosen according to the cleaning effect and cost. The results indicated that no obvious effect was found with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as the auxiliary agents. Although lamepon A and penetrant JFC were effective in improving the cleaning effect, the cleaning costs were high. Penetrant AEP and complexant EDTA-Na2 were verified to be appropriate auxiliary agents for membrane cleaning due to their high efficiencies and low costs. At same concentration and volume of NaClO solution, the membrane cleaning efficiencies could be improved by 20% and 19% while the cleaning costs were increased only by 0.10 yuan/m2 and 0.13 yuan/m2 respectively when the dosages of AEP and EDTA-Na2 were 150 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively.
