摘 要:为进一步推动磷酸钾镁沉淀法在尿液废水资源化处理中的应用,以模拟尿液废水中钾和磷的同步回收为目标,研究了折流式反应器设计和运行参数的优化。结果表明,增大反应区体积有助于沉淀物沉降和反应传质,从而提升对钾和磷的回收率,反应区/沉降区体积比为1时,钾和磷的回收率最优。投加镁源和磷源能有效提高钾的回收率,Mg∶K∶P为2∶1∶2时,钾和磷的回收率分别为49%和87%。延长反应器水力停留时间(HRT)可以提高钾和磷的回收率,HRT为10h时出水细晶含量极低,可以保证晶体的良好收集。To further promote the application of the precipitation of magnesium potassium phos- phate hexahydrate in the treatment of source-separated urine, the optimization of the design and operating parameters of a baffled reactor was investigated aiming at the simultaneous recovery of potassium and phosphate from synthetic urine. The results showed that increasing the volume ratio of reaction zone to settlement zone (R./S) could improve the recovery efficiencies of potassium and phosphate by promoting the precipitate settlement and mass transfer efficiency. The maximum recovery efficiencies of potassium and phosphate were achieved at a volume ratio of 1. The recovery of potassium could be enhanced by adding external magnesium and phosphorus source. The recovery efficiencies of potassium and phosphorus reached 49% and 87% respectively when the Mg : K : P ratio was 2 : 1 : 2 in the reaction zone of the re- actor. Extending the hydraulic retention time (HRT) could improve the recovery efficiencies of potassium and phosphorus. Fine particles in the effluent were extremely low at a HRT of 10 h, which would guaran- tee a good collection of crystals in the reactor.
