摘  要:目的:设计医院药房药品动态库存预警及领药模式,规范和简化传统的领药模式。方法:首先设置公式计算药品库存预警初始参数,领药员再根据工作实际情况调整初始参数,由此建立由药品动态用量设置条件及公式自动产生药品申领计划和库存预警的药品动态库存预警模式;记录并比较新旧模式药品库存指标和工作量指标。结果:与传统模式比较,预警模式下药品平均库存天数更低[(7.21±6.09)vs.(5.04±3.64)d,P<0.05],平均每天缺药的品种数更少[(0.713±0.570)vs.(0.101±0.152)种,P<0.01];每日领药次数、领药品种数及检查库存时间均显著减少[(4.55±3.66)vs.(1.25±1.34)次,P<0.01;(313.25±31.89)vs.(256.77±42.34)种,P<0.05;(1.36±0.52)vs.(0.30±0.26)h,P<0.01]。结论:药房药品库存预警系统的应用能够使药房药品库存更合理,领药更快捷。OBJECTIVE: To design a dynamic early warning system of drug inventory and the mode of getting drugs for the pharmacy in the hospital, and to standardize and simplify traditional mode of getting drugs. METHODS: A formula was established to calculate the initial parameters for early warning of drug inventory, and the parameters, in light of the actual work conditions, were adjusted by the applicant for drugs to establish a mode of dynamic early warning of drug inventory, and the drug inventory in- dexes and workload indexes in new and old modes were recorded and compared. RESULTS: Compared with traditional mode, the early warning mode had a lower average inventory days [(7.21± 6.09) d vs. (5.04 ± 3.64) d, P〈0.05)], lower occurrence of aver- age daily number of the types of insufficient drugs [(0.713 ± 0.570) types vs. (0.101 ± 0.152) types, P〈0.01], and significantly re- duced daily times of getting drugs, number of drugs types to be supplied and time to inspect inventory [(4.55± 3.66) times vs. (1.25± 1.34) times, P〈0.01; (313.25±31.89) types vs. (256.77±42.34) types, P〈0.05; (1.36±0.52) h vs. (0.30±0.26) h, P〈0.01]. CONCLUSIONS: The early warning system of drug inventory can make the drug inventory in the pharmacy more ratio- nal and shorten the time to get drugs.
