摘  要:简述了农产品未准入转基因成分"低水平混杂(low level presence,LLP)"的定义、内涵、类型及其产生的背景与原因,分析了美国积极推动LLP安全性的原因及其目标,针对我国粮食、种子和农产品贸易与研发,提出了LLP的贸易政策与相关技术建议。为农产品贸易、农产品质量安全、种业发展、转基因生物安全检测或监测等相关工作提供参考。The concepts, causes and countermeasures along with the background of low level presence (LLP) of non-approved genetically modified ingredients in agricultural products were briefly introduced in this paper. The reason that United States has been eager to push the safety concept of LLP, their goals were also analyzed and discussed. We also proposed some trade policy suggestion and related technical advice aiming at trade and technology development of cereal production, seed industry and agricultural products in regard to LLP in China. This paper would have some reference value on agricultural trade, quality and safety of agricultural products, seed industry development, GMO safety testing and monitoring related affairs.
