蚕沙对水稻机插盘育秧苗素质的影响

摘　　要：2014年6月-9月,针对水稻机插盘育秧土营养培肥的要求,采用蚕沙作为水稻盘育秧土的养分,进行水稻盘育秧试验。结果表明,水稻盘育秧土中添加蚕沙能有效的增强盘育秧苗素质。育秧土添加蚕沙显著增加了3叶1心期水稻秧苗叶片含水量、叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力,同时降低了叶片可溶性糖含量。试验提出水稻育秧土添加蚕沙的量以30g/盘较为适宜。In this paper, silkworm droppings, as nutritional components of seedbed soil, was used to study fertilizing level on machine-transplanted rice seedlings in plate. The results showed that the quality of rice seedlings had an obvious increment in seedbed soil with silkworm droppings. Meanwhile, the silkworm droppings in seedbed soil obviously increased the chlorophyll contents of leaves, relative water content and root vigor, and decreased soluble sugar contents of leaves. These results suggested that treatment of 30g silkworm droppings in one plate was suitable to add to seedbed soil.
