摘 要:长庆气田第二净化厂循环冷却水系统补充水属典型的负硬度水质,含有较高浓度的阴离子SO42-、HCO3-和阳离子Ca2+、Mg2+,易结垢,且具有较强的腐蚀性。针对这一问题,本研究进行了循环冷却水系统的腐蚀和结垢因素分析,并结合现行各种防腐阻垢控制方式及其主要控制指标,对四种缓蚀阻垢剂WT-901,WT-225,ZY-121和ZY-310的缓蚀阻垢性能进行分析评价,并对比分析了长庆气田第二净化厂使用的缓蚀阻垢剂A的性能,筛选出性能优良的缓蚀阻垢剂ZY-310,以解决目前循环冷却水系统的腐蚀与结垢问题。The circulatory cooling water system of the second purge factory of Changqing gas field is typical minus rigidity water. The concentrations of SO42-, HCO3- and Ca^2+, Mg^2+ are high, so it is easy scaling, and has strong corrosive. In response to this problem, the factors of corrosion and scale for circulating cooling water system were analyzed. In additional, combined with existing corrosion and scale inhibition control methods and main control indexes, the corrosion-scale inhibition properties of four kinds of corrosion and scale inhibitors (WT-901, WT-225, ZY-121 and ZY-310) were evaluated. What’s more, the corrosion and scale inhibitor A used in the second purge factory was compared with the four kinds of corrosion and scale inhibitors. At last, corrosion and scale inhibitor ZY-310 with good performance was screened out to solve the corrosion and scaling problem of the circulatory cooling water system.
