摘  要:综述了部分国内外具有代表性的催化汽油加氢脱硫技术,着重介绍了Gardes技术的工艺原理、技术特点及工艺流程。该技术包括汽油预加氢、轻重馏分切割、重馏分加氢脱硫及辛烷值恢复五部分。并在大连石化公司20万t/a催化汽油加氢改质装置上进行了工业试验。试验数据表明,Gardes技术生产出的清洁汽油产品的硫含量可以由不大于300μg/g降低至50μg/g以下,烯烃体积分数降低到28%以下,辛烷值损失小于1个单位,清洁汽油产品满足国Ⅳ汽油标准。Some domestic and foreign representative FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization technologies were described, and principles, technical characteristics and process flow of Gardes technology were discussed. The technique includes gasoline pre-hydrogenation, cutting light and heavy distillates, heavy fraction hydrodesulfurization and the octane restoration. And industrial test was carried out in the 200 kt/a FCC gasoline hydroupgrading device of Dalian Petrochemical Company. Experimental data show that the sulfur content of clean petroleum products produced by Gardes technology can be reduced from 300 μg/g to 50 μg/g,olefin content is reduced to 28%(v), octane loss is less than one unit, the clean gasoline products can meet China IV standards.
