摘  要:油气集输工艺接转站的能量供应通常采用加热炉消耗原油的供热方式,用能效率相对较低。为了全面了解接转站的能耗状况,本文以江苏油田某集油站为研究对象,结合热力学第一定律和第二定律基本理论,首先建立了油田集输系统不同设备的数学模型,然后结合现场采集的数据,对集油站能耗的现状进行了定量分析,得到了接转站年内不同时期的能耗,并进一步讨论了气温、油田采出液含水率、伴热热水温度和原油采出液温度对单位能耗的有关影响规律。并创新性地利用?分析方法找出了接转站内用能薄弱环节。研究表明:加热炉耗油量随一年四季变化较明显,原油采出液单位能耗随含水率和加热炉温升的增加线性增加,伴热热水单位能耗随伴热热水加热炉温升增加而增加,并在此基础上给出了减少集输过程能耗的相关措施。The power in an oilfleld transfer station is usually supplied from crude oil combustion in heat furnace, but the energy efficiency is relatively low. In order to comprehensively understand and analyze energy consumption condition in the station, a transfer station in Jiangsu oilfield was chosen as the research object. Combined with basic theories of the thermodynamics first law and second law, the mathematical models of different devices in gathering and transportation system were established firstly, and then combined with the on-site data, the quantitative analysis on the current situation of energy consumption was carried out, and the energy consumption at different period in a year was obtained. Meanwhile influence of different factors such as oilfield produced fluid volume, ground temperature, heat tracing hot water temperature and produced crude oil temperature on the unit energy consumption was analyzed, the system energy loss factor was found out by the exergy analysis. The results show that the oil consumption of heat furnace obviously changes with the four seasons in a year; unit energy consumption of the produced crude oil linearly increases with increasing of the moisture content; and unit energy consumption of the heat tracing hot water increases with increasing of the heat furnace temperature. Finally based on the above analysis results, some relevant measures were recommended to reduce the energy consumption during gathering and transportation process.
