摘  要:地下管道的轴向力对管道系统的危害较大,产生的轴向应变会对管道系统造成破坏,减小这一影响的方法是采用固定墩,但固定墩的体积往往很大,增加了管道系统的成本和施工难度。以往对于解决地下管道固定墩体积过大问题的通用方法是借助地基原状土的抗力,将支墩设计成异型支墩,但这种方法对于土质情况的准确把握较困难,同时现场地质条件制约的因素较大,计算起来也较复杂。提出预应力处理法,通过对管道的预处理,达到减小管道轴向力和倾覆力矩的影响,实现科学、简便施工设计的目的。Underground pipeline axial force has big harm to the pipe system, produced axial strain will damage the piping system. The method to reduce the influence is to adopt the fixed piers, but the volume of a fixed pier is often large, building the pier will increase the cost of the pipeline system and construction difficulty. In the past, in order to solve the problem that underground pipe fixed block size is too large, common method is to design special-shaped piers with the help of the undisturbed soil resistance, but this method asks an accurate grasp of the soil conditions, which is more difficult, at the same time the field geological conditions have larger restraint on the method, and the calculation is relatively complex. In this paper, prestressed treatment method was put forward. After the pretreatment of the pipeline, the effect of axial force and overturning moment can be decreased to realize the objective of scientific and simple construction design.
