摘　　要：随着扩招、网络化、教育形式的变化,辅导员队伍的整体素质和精神面貌得到了提升,但是辅导员队伍建设在新时期面临着诸多问题,文章针对这些问题进行了分析并提出了发展对策。As the change of enrollment expansion, network, education forms, the overall quality of the contingent of counselors and mental outlook has improved, but in the new era, the counselor team construction faces many problems, the article analyzes these problems, and puts forward some development countermeasures.
