摘　　要：目标管理理论是一种过程型的激励理论,是以目标为中心进行管理活动的一种现代管理方法,是一种综合的科学管理方法。目标管理理论对于提升高校统战工作实效性非常关键。运用目标管理理论,以目标任务书为依托,结合高校实际情况,可以构建出一套科学合理、创新可行的以目标任务书为依托,高校统战工作目标管理体系。Objective management theory is a process model of incentive theory, based on the target as the center of management activities of a modern management method, is a comprehensive scientific management method. Target management theory for advancing the actual effect of united front work in colleges and universities is critical. On the basis of the theory of objective management, which is based on the target specification, in combination with the practical situation of colleges and universities, can build up a scientific and reasonable, and feasible innovation, which is based on the target specification, united front work in colleges and universities target management system.
