浅谈羽毛球的使用保养与修复

摘　　要：羽毛球运动既是一项大众喜闻乐见的全民健身项目,又是一项花销不菲的"贵族运动".其中羽毛球的使用、保养与修复是问题的关键所在:首先,要养成正确的击球方法和良好的使用存取习惯;其次,平时要将不用的羽毛球码放在球筒内,置于阴凉、干燥、通风处保存.使用前可选用熏蒸法、桑拿法、浸水法等方法对羽毛球进行精心养护和妥善处理;再次,在使用过程中损坏的羽毛球多数是可以修复的,只要修复方法得当,修复后的羽毛球完好如初,丝毫不会影响其使用效果.Playing badminton is not only a popular national fitness program, but also an expensive“noble sport”. The usage, maintenance and restoration of badmintons is the key points which will affect the lifespan of badmintons. First, we have to build up correct shot and good keeping habit;second, we should put badmintons in cylinder and put them aside at a cool, dry and ventilated place when leaving unused. We may maintain and handle them with various ways such as fuming, steaming and retting before using;last, most damaged badmintons can be restored as long as we take proper measures. They will be as good as they used to be after be？ing restored.
