摘 要:目的了解初中生心理健康状况及影响因素,为学校心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用中国中学生心理健康量表和自编一般情况调查表,对濮阳市初一至初三626名学生进行问卷调查。结果初中生心理健康问题检出率为38.7%,其中轻度心理问题检出率为31.3%,中度以上7.3%。10个分量表因子得分以学习压力感上得分最高。多因素Logistic回归分析发现学习状况、家庭生活状况和学习成绩是影响初中生心理健康的重要因素。结论学习压力感是初中生突出的心理问题,学习快乐、家庭生活快乐和学习成绩优秀是促进初中生心理健康的重要因素。Objective To investigate .the mental health level and influence factors between junior high school students, and to provide reference for mental health education in schools. Methods 626 students from the first grade to the third grade were investigated by using Chinese middle school student mental health scale and self-made questionnaire. Re- suits The incidence of Junior middle school students mental health was 38.7 %. Among them, the incidence of mild psychological problem was 31.3 %, and more than moderate was 7.3 %. Among 10 components form factors, the study pressure was the highest.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that learning status and family life status and academic record were important factors affecting the mental health of middle school students. Conclusions Study pres- sure was the outstanding psychological problems of junior high school students. Happy learning and happy family life and academic excellence were important factors to promote the mental health of middle school students.
