摘 要:低温冷害严重威胁水稻生产,加快水稻耐冷性状的改良、选育耐冷品种对促进水稻高产、稳产具有重要的意义。概述了水稻苗期冷害的鉴定方法与评价指标、苗期耐冷QTL定位、苗期耐冷相关基因克隆和低温胁迫的信号转导等方面的研究进展,并对今后水稻耐冷性研究提出了建议和展望。Chilling injury is a serious threat to rice production. It is of great significance to achieve a high and sta- ble yield of rice by accelerating the research of cold tolerance and developing cold-tolerant rice varieties. This re- view mainly focused the research progress on identifying methods and evaluating indices for cold damage, QTL map- ping and cloning of cold tolerance related genes and signal transduction under cold stress at seedling stage in rice and had an outlook on the research of cold tolerance and breeding of cold-toleranct varieties in rice.
