摘　　要：高校图书馆在地方本科院校转型发展的过程中,要抓住机遇,凭借高校改革的劲风,让自身的转型发展与学校同步,找准转型的定位,从内向型转向开放型;从实体图书馆服务转向实体图书馆+虚拟图书馆相结合的服务;从刚性管理转向柔性管理;从单一服务转向复合服务;实现从知识中心向学习中心、文化中心转化,为学校和社会提供一个知识化、智能化、个性化的知识服务体系。The university libraries should clutching opportunities in the development process, let its own development with the school, from inward to open-type; from entity library services to combination of entity library and virtual library; from single service to composite service; from knowledge center to learning center, cultural center, providing schools with knowledgeable, intelligent, individuation service system.
