摘  要:研究了不同炭材料对小型电动车用铅酸动力电池的性能和循环寿命的影响。结果表明,在负极中添加某些较高含量和合适比例的炭材料,可改善电池的充电接受能力和减缓炭对析氢失水的不利影响,提高电池的容量充电效率,从而有效地延长了电池的深循环寿命。在100%DoD(2小时率)深充放条件下,采用高炭负极的12 Ah电池的循环寿命达到712次。The effects of carbon materials added in negative plates are investigated on the performance and cycle life of electric vehicle lead-acid batteries. The results show that the addition of carbon materials with a proper amount and ratio leads to an increased capacity charge efficiency and thus an extended deep-cycle life of the batteries, owing to the improved charge acceptance ability and the alleviated hydrogen evolution compared to the addition of the conventional amount of carbon material. The deep-cycle life of the 12 V12 Ah batteries using such negative plates may reach 712 cycles under 100%DoD (2 h rate).
