摘  要:充电接受能力和低温高倍率放电性能是富液电池的关键性能指标。本文分别采用K型、J型两种电解液添加剂并分别考察了其单独对富液单体电池充电接受能力和低温高倍率放电性能的影响趋势,并得到Kn+、Jm+的最佳添加浓度分别为0.1 mol/L、0.2 mol/L。最后按照Kn+、Jm+的最佳浓度进行复配添加,发现:当二者在最佳浓度时进行复配添加,能提高负极的充电接受能力10%以上,-18℃低温高倍率放电性能提高3%。此外,本文还通过循环伏安扫描、阴极极化分别对含不同Kn+、Jm+离子浓度的电解液添加剂对负极铅电极的电化学行为进行了研究。Charge acceptance and high rate discharge performance under cold conditions were crucial performance indicators for lfooded lead-acid batteries. Two electrolyte additives (type K and type J ) were tested and analyzed in relation to their effects on the charge acceptance capability performance and high rate discharge performance under cold conditions in this paper, and the best ions concentration of Kn+and Jm+respectively was 0.1 mol/L, 0.2 mol/L. Then the Kn+and Jm+ions were added into the electrolyte following the best ions concentration respectively. The test results showed that the negative charge acceptance and high rate discharge performance at -18℃were improved by 10 % and 3 %respectively. In addition, by cyclic voltammetry and cathodic polarization test, the electrochemical behaviors of lead cathode electrode in the electrolytes added different concentrations of Kn+and Jm+ions were studied in this paper.
