摘　　要：基于ECFA效应,深化对两岸经济合作区域布局的影响与诉求,本文认为,在ECFA框架下借助中国大陆争取广阔的国际市场是台湾产业发展、企业生存的必经之路。为此,大陆西部边境地区是ECFA条件下台湾拓展国际市场的必然区域选择。在此认识下,本文重点论述了西部边境地区对台经济合作应选择的优势产业,相应提出了支撑产业集群发展的财税政策体系。Based on the demands and impacts resulting from the deepening of the ECFA on the regional distribution of the cross-strait economic cooperation, the essay holds that, faced with the economic marginalization of the crisis, the only way for enterprises in Taiwan to survive and develop is to struggle for the vast international market via China's Mainland under the framework of ECFA, which means that western border region in China is the inevitable choice for Taiwan to explore its international market. To this end, the essay focuses on the dis- cussion of the preferential industries selected by the western border region in China's Mainland in the cooperation with Taiwan, and puts forward the according fiscal policy to support the development of industrial clusters.
