发展科技服务业 助推海峡西岸经济区 打造先进制造业基地

摘　　要：先进制造业的"先进性"主要体现在研发能力高端、生产技术先进、生产效率高效、产品附加值和科技含量高、资源消耗少,然而当前海峡西岸经济区制造业离先进制造业仍存在较大的差距。为此,海峡西岸经济区科技服务业的发展要以提升制造业的生产效率、附加值、科技含量为目标,只有这样才能推动区域制造业向先进制造业发展。The progressiveness of advanced manufacturing industry is mainly reflected in higher-end ability of R＆D, more advanced production technology, higher production efficiency, more added value of the products and content of science ＆ technology , lower consumption of resource, etc. However, the manufacturing industry at economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan Straits still has a bigger disparity from the ad- vanced manufacturing industry at this time. The development of science ＆ technology service industry at economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan Straits should aim for enhancing the efficiency, the added value and the content of science ＆ technology of the manufacturing industry. On- ly in this way could the manufacturing industry be promoted to the advanced manufacturing industry.
