摘 要:目的:观察老龄大鼠24 h及水负荷后5 h尿量、尿中Na+、K+、Cl-浓度及血清皮质醇(Cort)含量的变化,研究肾虚多尿模型。方法:老年大鼠20只,青年大鼠20只,用代谢笼法测24 h尿量及水负荷5 h尿量,用生化分析仪测尿液中Na+、K+、Cl-浓度,采用ELISA测血中Cort的含量。结果:老龄大鼠5 h、24 h尿量明显增多,尿液中Na+、Cl-浓度明显增加,K+浓度明显降低,血清中Cort的含量明显降低。结论:老龄大鼠尿量增多,且Na+、K+及Cl-排泄异常,血清中Cort的含量明显降低,表明其可作为肾虚多尿模型进行试验研究。Objective:The model of excessive urination due to Kidney deficiency was investigated by observing the 24 h urination,5 h urination after the water load,urinary Na ^+ .K ^+ . Cl^- concentration and the content of cortisol in serum was investigated in the aging rat. Methods :20 aged rats and 20 young rats were chosen. The 5 h urination after the water load in rats and 24 h urination was measured in metabolic cages. The urinary Na ^+ , K ^+, Cl^- concentration was measured by biochemistry analyzer. The concentration of Cort was detected by ELISA in the blood of the natural aging rats. Results The 5 h and 24 h urination of aging rats significantly increased. The quantity discharged of Na ^+.Cl^- significantly decreased and K + increased, the content of Cort significantly decreased too. Conclusion : Excessive urination, Abnormal excretion of Na^+ Cl^- 、 K^+ and the Content decreased significantly in serum,which indicate the aged rats were used as the model of excessive urination due to kidney deficiency for experimental study.
